Combines topography and satellite mapping, hourly smoke forecasting from the Weather Forecast Research Team at UBC, perimeter data from BC Wildfire, and short-delay ADS-B, Mode-S, FLARM and VHF aircraft data from the OpenSky Network.
This gives you a 3d visual view of current aircraft, fire and evacuation perimeters, smoke perimeters, Fires of Note, fires that are Out of Control, and fires that are Holding.
Use two fingers to rotate the map, pinch to zoom, or use your scrollwheel and right mouse button to pan. Click on any fire, hotspot, evacuation boundary, or aircraft for more information.
